A sleep technologist works under the general supervision of the medical director and/or designee to provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders including in center testing, diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, comprehensive patient care and direct patient education. The sleep technologists is to provide safe, competent and ethical sleep acquisition/recording and titration care to all patients. Provides leadership and direction to those employees with lesser training.
