Requirements

Prior industry experience including working knowledge of industry terminology and overview of components.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
Answer a high volume of phone calls in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
Receive and process high volume of customer requests for serial number look up via telephone, fax, or electronic format, that must be done accurately and in a timely manner.
Part number searches, part quoting price, and availability information.
Research of bill of materials and blueprints using microfiche, hard copy, or internet.
Research into acceptable replacement parts for obsolete or non-stock items.
Other duties as assigned by the Executives of Aurora.
