We are are looking for a leader who has outgrown the retail floor and is ready to dominate the B2B space. Are you a Top-Performing "Agent" or "Specialist"? If you’ve spent time as a Geek Squad Advanced Repair Technician, Best Buy Sales Consultant, or a Walmart Electronics Department Lead, you have the DNA we need—but it’s time to level up. Stop just "fixing devices" and start architecting solutions. The 80/20 Split 80% Sales & Client Success (The Hustle): You’ll use your experience with Consumer Electronics and Product Knowledge to hunt for high-value Managed Services contracts. You aren't just a "Sales Associate"; you are a Solutions Architect for local community. 20% Technical Oversight: You’ll lead our "Nerds" (Technicians) to ensure every Device Repair, Network Setup, and Security Install meets ATI’s national standards.

Requirements

  • Outgoing & Sales-Driven: You love the "floor" and hate the back office. You’re a "People Person" who can close a $10k contract as easily as a $100 repair.
  • Tech-Fluent: You understand Operating Systems (Windows/Mac), WiFi Networking, and Cloud Storage. We’ll train you on the MSP stack (RMM, PSA, Cybersecurity); you bring the "can-do" attitude.
  • Professional: You’re ready to move from a "Retail Associate" to a Tech Sales Lead in a professional business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue: Lead the "front-of-house" like a Retail Sales Lead but with the precision of a B2B Closer.
  • Client Consultation: Perform "Discovery" meetings (similar to Geek Squad Consultations) but focused on long-term MSP Service Agreements.
  • System Design: Recommend Home Theater, Smart Home, and Network Solutions, but scale them up for Small-to-Medium Businesses (SMBs).
  • Team Leadership: Act as the Department Manager for our technical bench, ensuring fast turnaround and 5-star customer ratings.
