About The Position

At MID ATLANTIC MEDICINE /CEDAR HILL URGENT CARE - WDC Offer services for a wide range of illnesses including seasonal allergies and asthma, urinary tract infections, bronchitis, falls, minor cuts, colds, and flus. Under the direction of the Medical Director: Performs routine radiographs and minimally invasive procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision and ingenuity to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiological diagnosis. Must be willing to cross train and float to meet the needs of the facility to include phlebotomy services and cross coverage of the medical assistant. Demonstrates customer service and patient care excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalency
  • Completion of AMA-sponsored School of Radiolgic Technology
  • Registry of ARRT
  • Fundamental Computer Skills and keyboard familiarity
  • Able to speak and write english Fluently
  • Demonstrated communication, organization and critical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
