The Senior Technical Program Manager 3 establishes and enforces delivery standards, operating cadence, and performance metrics to ensure work is executed predictably, within budget, and aligned with defined outcomes, and drives corrective action when delivery behaviors fall below expectations. The position provides portfolio-wide visibility into value delivery, budget utilization, and scope adherence, surfacing risks early and leading interventions to maintain discipline and optimize performance. It also ensures strong alignment between business objectives and execution by guiding prioritization, resource allocation, and investment decisions, influencing leaders and teams to adopt mature delivery practices that maximize impact across pillars.
