About The Position

The position involves performing polysomnograms, MWTs, MSLTs, HSTs, and downloading of equipment. The individual will score studies, administer oxygen, and nasal continuous positive airway pressure, and employ ventilatory assist devices in accordance with established protocols. Additionally, the role requires recognizing at-risk events and notifying appropriate physicians.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to perform accurate and complete Polysomnograms, CPAP and BiPAP, ASV titrations, MSLT, MWT, Oxygen Titration studies.
• Score sleep studies with greater than 85% concurrence.
• Required Licensure/Certifications: RPSGT, RST or CPGST, BLS from the American Heart Association.
• 3-5 years experience and demonstrated competency to perform all Polysomnographic studies.

Nice To Haves

• Graduate of Electroneurodiagnostic technology program, either EEG, Respiratory, or Sleep.
