Requirements

• An undergraduate degree is required
• 1 - 3 years of experience in government affairs, management consulting, public policy, public relations, political campaigns, or a related role
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Acute attention to detail and knowledge of MS Office
• Demonstrated ability to communicate concisely and research complex policy issues
• Skilled in writing clearly on complex topics for a variety of audiences
• Ability to operate independently on-site with clients
• Eager to anticipate client needs while exercising discretion and excellent judgement
• Resourceful, results-oriented, team-player with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Manage projects that involve significant planning, material development, and coordination on execution with internal clients and external contacts
• Serve as point of contact for client requests
• Create policy-focused content such as letters, blogs, one-pagers, statements, and social media posts
• Assist cross-functional policy and research teams with other tasks and special projects as needed
