About The Position

Perform routine maintenance of equipment, machinery and manufacturing facilities and helps troubleshoot and repair any mechanical or electrical problems as they arise. Tests and interpret the results to make the effective recommendations to repair faulty or broken equipment. When necessary during repairs, you will source replacement parts with suppliers, OEM's, and communicate your needs throughout the department.

Requirements

Two years technical degree / associate degree of applied science emphasis on electrical or automation technology
Must be able to remove, replace, or rebuild:
Motors
Pumps
Intermediate piping installation
Intermediate welding
Basic electrical would be helpful

Responsibilities

Support and Guide Blending Maintenance Operations with Professionalism and set the bar for Departmental or Personal conduct.
Be pro-active in repairs and actions.
Have effective communication with all Maintenance Team members
Have effective communication with operations
Professional Conduct at all times
Develop and Mentor current or new hire Maintenance Technicians
Continue Skill improvements through technical documents by reading or videos
Will lead small to medium projects with minimum supervision
Will direct other Maintenance Tech's or contractors in performance of their job duties
Be Pro-active on all Maintenance issues
Perform change overs on all lines
Follow new attendance Policy for Martin Lubricants
Order and help manage parts inventory
Continue the improvement of INFOR CMMS for costing
Write and Close work orders in a timely fashion, include relevant comments
Record and Document on the work order major parts components
Zero compliance violations
Zero Accidents
Wear PPE at all times
Meet or Exceed Leadership Expectations
Preventative Maintenance Work Orders Completion >99%
Uptime on Equipment >98%
Manage Maintenance expenses to 2024 budget
Perform any other assigned duties as needed
