About The Position
Are you a seasoned backend engineer passionate about solving complex problems in search technology? At Fiverr, we're at the forefront of redefining how the world works together, and we're looking for a Tech Lead to guide and inspire our Search teams. As a technical leader, you'll drive technical excellence, shape the vision for search architecture, and mentor a team dedicated to crafting scalable and intelligent solutions to improve Fiverr's search algorithms. The role is hybrid, in-office three days a week. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $190,000-$200,000. Our salary is to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, locations and other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data. In addition to salary, this position may be eligible for equity and benefits. This is a full-time hybrid position and requires candidates to work from Fiverr's office 3 times a week.
