About The Position

As a central platform team within the Systems Department, The Infrastructure Delivery Platform Team is responsible for providing reliable, convenient, and unified resource and infrastructure service capabilities. Our scope includes end-to-end capacity delivery, asset management, data center infrastructure management, server fleet management, and other critical services that empower the department's operational efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design and implementation of critical modules within the technical systems for ByteDance's vertical industry order fulfillment and supply chain middle-office businesses. This encompasses, but is not limited to, order fulfillment management, supply chain planning, intelligent replenishment, cost management, and product lifecycle management, etc.
• Lead team to deliver business projects, abstract product components, and build technical capabilities. Ensure the rationality of system architectures (technical and business) and drive continuous optimization
• Manage team operations and task distribution, driving continuous improvement in engineering practices and cultivating technical leadership within the team.
