Role Overview Technical Leadership: Guide the architecture and design of applications using React (frontend) and Node.js/NestJS (backend), leveraging GraphQL and REST APIs. Team Management & Mentorship: Mentor, grow, and manage a team of full-stack engineers; establish and enforce best practices for development and collaboration Project Execution: Take ownership of complex full-stack feature delivery, ensuring quality, security, and high performance within defined timelines. Architectural Excellence: Conduct code and architecture reviews to ensure clean, maintainable code, enforce standards, and design scalable systems optimized for performance and user experience. Innovation: Proactively introduce modern tools, frameworks, and methodologies to boost team efficiency and product quality. Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to define technical scope and delivery plans.
