The Technical Manager is responsible for providing technical leadership, direction, and oversight for the planning, implementation, and ongoing operations of Tier 1-3 systems. This position ensures that all technical aspects of the program align with customer objectives, security requirements, and performance standards. The Technical Manager will oversee technical personnel and support the development and implementation to enhance IT service delivery. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate across diverse teams to deliver mission-critical IT services effectively and efficiently. Tasks include developing capital business case narratives, preparing presentation materials for governance boards, and supporting automation initiatives, and service delivery enhancements.
