As a Tech Lead in the Data Platform's Experimentation and Evaluation team at TikTok, you will play a pivotal role in building the next-generation A/B testing platform that empowers the company to make data-driven decisions across various products. This includes supporting scenarios such as recommendations, push notifications, advertisements, search functionalities, mobile app interactions, and service upgrades. Your contributions will cover the entire experiment life cycle, from designing experiments and creating them to calculating metrics, performing statistical analyses, and evaluating results before launch.
