About The Position

Come Join Our Team! TECH - Interventional Radiology Dept. Per Diem position located at Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, Ca. Reporting to the Director of Cath Lab his position performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgement and initiative of a technical level not requiring constant supervision. The tradition of caring that culminated in the establishment of Corona Regional Medical Center® began in 1965, with the founding of Corona Community Hospital. Since that time the hospital has changed to meet the needs of the rapidly growing community. Corona Community Hospital merged with Circle City Medical Center in 1992 and the resulting entity became Corona Regional Medical Center. The merged hospitals are now a 238-bed community hospital network comprised of a 160-bed acute care hospital and a 78-bed rehabilitation campus. It is certified by The Joint Commission, employs more than 1,250 trained healthcare workers and has a medical staff of approximately 347 physicians representing more than 40 specialties

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in two or more modalities ( IR, Diagnostic Imaging, Cath Lab)
Diploma from a certified school of radiology technology
Current Certification by the California Department of Health Services (CRT) required.
Current Fluoroscopy certification required.
Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) must be obtained within 6 months of start date and maintained current thereafter.
Current BLS (CPR) certificate required.

Nice To Haves

Advanced Registry in Computerized Tomography (CT) preferred if applicable.
