About The Position

The Emissions Compliance Tech is responsible for inspecting and documenting Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR), Method 22 inspections, and various other regulatory/compliance tasks. This position will be based out of Watford City or New Town, ND Field offices on a Monday - Friday 9/80 schedule. Level and salary commensurate with experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year oil and gas experience
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for Company motor vehicle insurance requirements
• Must be at least 21 years old for Company motor vehicle insurance
• Must live within 70 mile radius of field office outside of New Town, ND or Watford City, ND

Nice To Haves

• 1 year experience in a compliance related field

Responsibilities

• Conducts field Inspections and observations of production facilities including, LDAR, Method 22's, and AVO
• Assures operational compliance with governmental requirements and company policies
• Responsible for making safety and environmental awareness the primary focus
• Effectively communicates with team and leadership
• Responsible for completing required documentation of all inspections
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs when applicable
• Must understand and perform all duties according to Company standard operating procedures and in compliance within all regulatory and EH&S guidelines
• All other duties as assigned or based off business need
