POSITION SUMMARY:
Dietary Tech is responsible for the preparation and serving of breakfast, lunch and dinner meals for patients and facility staff according to the approved menu cycle and production sheets.

Requirements

• Prior kitchen experience is helpful.
• Must be able to read and write the English language.
• Highschool diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and procedures
• skill in organizing/prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines
• the ability to read menus/recipes.
