About The Position

TMC Bonham Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital that includes both primary care and specialty physicians. The Critical Access Hospital, offering both inpatient and outpatient services along with 24-hour emergency services. The Critical Access Hospital (CAH) Program was established to assure access to healthcare services for rural residents. The program provides rural acute care hospitals with a range of opportunities for service enhancement and quality of care improvement. Quality healthcare and patient safety is our goal. POSITION SUMMARY: Provides patient care and technical skills in the performance of diagnostic computed tomography (CT) examinations for diagnostic and evaluation purposes. Performs other duties as required.

Requirements

• Successful completion of an accredited program in Radiographic Technology.
• Must have a current licensure by the State of Texas as a licensed Radiology Technologist and A.R.R.T (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Healthcare Provider course according to RQI program guidelines must be completed during new hire orientation prior to working in a clinical setting.
• Must be capable of making independent decisions, work under stress at times, and have good interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Prefer at least six months performing all radiographic procedures in a hospital setting.
