You will play a crucial role in helping ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on you joining our team to leverage your intermediate “hands on” work experience in support of installations, repair, and troubleshooting / maintenance of communications systems / equipment. ● Fabricates, installs, maintains, and repairs electronic, mechanical, and/or other types of components and equipment. ● Must have the technical knowledge to solve complex problems, understand the interrelationships of circuits, and be able to exercise independent judgment in performing tasks in support of communications systems or equipment. ● May coach and review the work of less-experienced professionals. ● Provides advice and a range of onsite training for customer support personnel. The Tech Control Facility Technician II must have: ● Required Technical Skills: Intermediate “hands on” work experience in support of installations, repair, and troubleshooting or maintenance of communications systems or equipment. Must have the technical knowledge to solve complex problems, understand the interrelationships of circuits, and be able to exercise independent judgment in performing tasks in support of communications systems or equipment.

Requirements

  • Intermediate “hands on” work experience in support of installations, repair, and troubleshooting or maintenance of communications systems or equipment.
  • Must have the technical knowledge to solve complex problems, understand the interrelationships of circuits, and be able to exercise independent judgment in performing tasks in support of communications systems or equipment.
  • Security Clearance Level: SECRET
  • Must meet the certification requirement of DoD 8570.01-M or otherwise stated in SPIN-C or individual task order.
  • Security+
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Routing & Switching or Service Provider
  • US Citizenship Required (for clearance)

  • Desired Education: Associates of Arts/Associates of Science
  • Desired Experience: 3+ years of related experience
