As a Technical Consultant with the Professional Services Team (North America), you will provide SAS application integration services to clients. You will be responsible for analyzing their needs, customizing software configurations and workflows, and supporting integration and test to move customers from contract to production.

  • Engage with the customer's business and technical stakeholders to affect project or engagement goals; building and maintaining client relationships and provide advice and support within the engagement scope.
  • Translate client needs, test, document and potentially train personnel on the use of these applications.
  • Maintain awareness of schedule, risks, scope of work and budget factors and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Act in dual role of Customer Advocate to internal LN stakeholders within the scope of the engagement and promote the organization's capabilities.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and engage with the Professional Services Solutions Consulting team to handoff the opportunity.
  • Develop or maintain knowledge of related back-office systems to understand their relationship to the overall customer engagement experience; use this knowledge to effect positive customer experiences and outcomes.
  • Analyze client needs and participates in design of business process requirements. Exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
  • May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or may have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives.
  • Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with preference for a technical or engineering discipline.
  • 2 years of technical implementation experience.
  • 2 years' experience in a customer facing role, with preference for industry-specific process knowledge (e.g., finance, government, ecommerce, education).
  • Knowledge of enterprise operating systems (windows, unix).
  • Knowledge of cloud computing concepts (Azure, AWS).
  • Knowledge of internet functional concepts (Webservers, application servers, DNS, Internet Protocols, asymmetric encryption, etc.).
  • Familiarity with coding concepts (Java, JavaScript, SQL), prior coding experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with data structures (XML, JSON, RDMS).
  • Familiarity with Enterprise application architecture concepts.
  • Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting and analytic skills.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
