Requirements

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Minimum of one-year job related supply distribution and transportation experience or equivalent is required.
• Valid California Driver’s License in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, inspect items for damage, defects and verify accuracy of shipments. Report discrepancies or damage in items received.
• Participate in periodic inventories as assigned.
• Fill requisitions as required or assigned.
• Deliver requested items and verifies deliveries.
• Maintain storeroom.
• Will be required to travel or report to other facilities as assigned by management.
• Responsible for stocking shelves in central supply locations which includes rotating stock, straightening stock, and checking expiration dates.
• Maintain your assigned vehicle, if assigned, clean at all times.
• Check all items on vehicle for safety, such as seat belts, lights, wipers, oil level, and tire pressure. Notify supervisor immediately if attention is needed.
• Account for all fuel tickets.
• If cell phone is assigned, it must be turned on and in your possession at all time. The cell phone must always be answered in a timely manner.
• Asset tag equipment when received as required.
