  • Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation.
  • One year of experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements and commercial contracts.
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact, determine improvements, and translate results into actionable insights.
  • Experience presenting data and insights to C-suite senior leadership and driving recommendations.
  • Experience leading cross-functional supply-chain and logistics programs.
