About The Position

As a Tech Architect, you will make an impact by driving the design and implementation of technical solutions for large-scale enterprise systems. You will be a valued member of our technology delivery team and work collaboratively with product owners, project managers, and development teams across onsite and offshore locations. Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future In this role, you will: Prepare and review high-level and low-level design documents (HLD/LLD). Define and validate technical solutions to ensure alignment with product requirements. Lead technical discussions and collaborate with subject matter experts to translate business needs into technical solutions. Guide onsite and offshore development teams through implementation and troubleshooting. Partner with the offshore project manager to assign tasks and optimize resource utilization. Act as the escalation point for technical issues and team impediments. What you need to have to be considered 10+ years of experience leading development of large-scale enterprise systems. Proven experience in technology modernization projects. Hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE tech stack with exposure to micro front-end architecture. Experience working with JIRA for project tracking and collaboration. These will help you stand out Strong leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under tight deadlines. Requirements

10+ years of experience leading development of large-scale enterprise systems.
Proven experience in technology modernization projects.
Hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE tech stack with exposure to micro front-end architecture.
