We are currently looking for Tech Account Lead Role Overview The Tech Account Lead is the technical owner of one or multiple strategic accounts. This role leads all technical conversations with the client, ensures end-to-end alignment between business goals and technology execution, and provides a 360° view of the account across architecture, delivery, cost, risk, and roadmap. This person acts as the single technical voice of the account, working closely with Delivery, Architecture, Cloud, Security, and Business stakeholders to drive trust, clarity, and long-term value.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in software architecture, cloud platforms, or integration ecosystems
  • Solid understanding of:
  • Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
  • Modern architectures (microservices, event-driven, APIs)
  • DevOps & CI/CD fundamentals
  • Cost optimization / FinOps concepts (high-level, not accounting).
  • Architecture and platform landscape
  • Delivery status and dependencies
  • Cloud usage, costs, and optimization opportunities
  • Security, compliance, and operational constraints
  • Proven experience leading technical conversations with senior client stakeholders.
  • Ability to explain complex technical topics in clear, business-oriented language.
  • Strong facilitation skills: aligns people, decisions, and priorities.
  • Comfortable pushing back constructively when needed.
  • Experience working closely with delivery teams and understanding real execution constraints.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes, not just recommendations.
  • Ability to balance short-term delivery needs with long-term architectural vision.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in multi-vendor or complex enterprise environments.
  • Exposure to integration platforms, enterprise systems, or large-scale transformations.
  • Background in consulting or client-facing technical leadership roles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and own all technical conversations with the client, from discovery to execution and optimization.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor, translating business objectives into clear technical strategies and roadmaps.
  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities across architecture, delivery, cost, and operations.
  • Facilitate technical decision-making with a pragmatic, value-driven mindset (not tool-driven).
  • Maintain a holistic view of the account, including:
  • Ensure technical consistency and coherence across initiatives, teams, and vendors.
  • Anticipate upcoming needs and help shape the client’s medium- and long-term technical roadmap.
  • Align Architecture, Delivery, Cloud, DevOps, FinOps, and Security teams around a single technical direction.
  • Support pre-sales, estimations, and solution shaping with strong technical grounding.
  • Review and validate high-level designs and key technical decisions.
  • Enable teams with context, clarity, and guardrails rather than micromanagement.
  • Drive continuous improvement in architecture, delivery efficiency, cost optimization, and technical maturity.
  • Identify modernization, optimization, or transformation opportunities (cloud, integration, automation, AI, etc.).
  • Contribute to best practices, patterns, and reference architectures across accounts.
