We are seeking a qualified and compassionate professional to lead and implement a comprehensive Trainee Employee Assistance Program (TEAP) supporting students in substance abuse prevention, intervention, and education. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about behavioral health, student support, and creating a safe, substance-free learning environment. This position is well-suited for individuals with experience in: • Substance abuse counseling and intervention • Behavioral health or social services • Working with youth or young adults • Program development and implementation • Training and staff education • Community resource coordination You will work closely with the Health and Wellness Manager and cross-functional student support teams to identify needs, provide direct services, and promote a positive and healthy center culture. This is an on-site, student-facing role that requires strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to model professionalism and accountability. Your work directly supports student well-being, retention, and overall success in the Job Corps program.
