About The Position

Under the direction of the CapRelo Director of Move Management, provides supervisory assistance to Move Supervisors and manages escalated and high-profile assignments. Position interacts with several service areas within the organization, including OPS, International, and Claims, to ensure that all relocation activities are performed in accordance with contractual and industry guidelines.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years Global Mobility Industry Experience.
Possesses a minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role or equivalent relevant experience.
Proficient in managing daily operations and streamlining processes to drive increased efficiency and productivity.
Interact with customers and team in a friendly, professional, and empathetic manner, actively listening to their concerns, and providing effective solutions.
Deliver top-notch service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of move supervisors, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
Coordinate with the Director of Move Management to establish operational goals, strategies, and performance metrics.
Monitor team performance and individual contributions, providing feedback, coaching, and support as needed.
Monitors and tracks coordination of team activities from point of shipment acceptance to delivery
Helps settle escalated claims issues making quick and effective decisions to maintain operational continuity.
Develop and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and increase operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and implement solutions.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into team performance and operational trends.
Identify training needs and opportunities for professional development within the team.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting open communication and teamwork.
Prepare and conduct employee performance reviews in conjunction with the Director of Operations.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demanding workloads.
Identify training needs and develop learning objectives aligned with business goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, goals, and performance targets.
