Action Behavior Centers, a leading behavioral health organization for children with autism based out of Austin, Texas, is looking for a professional, energetic, organized, and driven person to join our team in a Teammate focused role to help support and collaborate with teammates and leaders in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy world. We need an organized, empathic, collaborative and experienced Teammate Experience Ambassador to help us best support ABC Teammates up, down and across the organization. Duties and Responsibilities Partners with all ABC Teammates, including ABA therapists, Operations Managers, Clinical Directors and leaders alike to provide ongoing support, coaching and guidance on all things related to Teammate Experience. Responsible for Teammate attraction, engagement and retention. Creates connections with Teammates in an effort to increase communication and understanding on the overall ABC value proposition. Responsible for meeting KPIs related to Teammate retention in their region. Supports and drives Teammate engagement; creating connections with Teammates and leaders, evaluating centers and developing center-level insights. Establishes action plans and is responsible for project managing center-based interventions alongside leadership. Monitors center trends, pulse and interventions and proactively develops broader interventions to increase teammate engagement and retention. Implements short- and long-range organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates programmatic and operational effectiveness, and effects changes required for improvement. Responsible for responding to Teammate-relations inquiries in their territory (e.g. HR investigations, HR concerns, conflict resolution, performance management and team development). Listens and uses high EQ skills to solve teammate concerns / issues on the spot. Successful in impacting workplace happiness and engagement. Supports in the development and implementation of employee relations strategies and programs designed to minimize and mediate workplace disputes, and to foster a positive and productive work environment. Responsible for the Human Resources Teammate related function, ensuring that all services to patient departments are effective, cohesive, consistent with the needs and objectives of the various client departments, as well as the institution as a whole. Assists the administration functions of insurance, retirement, and other benefits programs; responds to teammate inquiries as well as evaluates and develops recommendations for improvements to faculty and staff employer-sponsored benefit programs. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Requirement to spend 75% of time in centers, which requires travel between local centers.
