Responsibilities

• Personnel and deployment planning in coordination with the quality manager or customer representative
• Onboarding new employees in the post-processing team and managing team performance
• Handling all activities related to dismantled and delivered parts
• Participating in vehicle audits and discussing error points with the customer
• Ensuring compliance with the Q-management manual and occupational safety regulations
• Guaranteeing adherence to standardized working methods and regular activity evaluations
