About The Position

Join Schneider as a Team Driver and enjoy the benefits of driving dry van trailers with 95% no-touch freight across all 48 states. Our Team Pet Policy allows you to take your dog or cat on the road with you, making your driving experience more enjoyable. You will receive mileage pay along with hourly pay while on duty, not driving, ensuring you are compensated for your time on the road. Weekly paychecks and performance pay are part of the compensation package, along with a sign-on bonus that varies based on your experience level. Experienced drivers can earn a $5,000 sign-on bonus, while inexperienced drivers can receive $2,500, both paid in 12 monthly installments. After six months, you will also be eligible for paid time off and holiday pay, along with an annual bonus based on your gross pay.

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
