Team Touchstone Assistant Coach - Cliffs of Id
About The Position
Cliffs of Id is seeking an Assistant Comp Team Coach. The role requires experience in bouldering, top rope, and lead climbing, along with a strong understanding of climbing techniques such as footwork, body positioning, movement efficiency, and route reading. The ideal candidate will possess patience and passion for working with children across various ability levels and learning styles, and will bring a creative, fun approach to climbing instruction and curriculum to make learning enjoyable and engaging. The coach will also be involved in creating high-quality training curriculum and programming for Team Touchstone and will collaborate with other coaches to ensure an exceptional team experience for the climbers.
Requirements
- Experienced in bouldering, top rope, and lead climbing
- Sound understanding of climbing techniques such as footwork, body positioning, movement efficiency, route reading, etc.
- Has the patience and passion for working with kids at a variety of ability levels and learning styles
