About The Position

It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers. 【Main Responsibilities】: 1) Provide comprehensive business support to Relationship Managers (RMs), including process streamlining and daily coordination 2) Handle various administrative tasks and Management Information System (MIS) duties, ensuring accurate and timely data updates 3) Coordinate office activities and schedules to ensure smooth daily operations 4) Prepare and consolidate various reports and documents, including compliance-related materials such as KRCSA, KORI, and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) 5) Collaborate with Business Finance on pipeline management (CRM), Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA) tracking, and business analysis 6) Follow up on assignments delegated by senior management and generate regular tracking/status reports 7) Support ad-hoc IT/system issues (e.g., CRM-related matters) and participate in strategic projects as required 8) Draft and prepare various documents and presentations using appropriate software tools 9) Organize and support internal events and publications, including HR-related matters such as training sessions, workshops, and internship programs 10) Provide general administrative support and carry out other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the line manager 【Job Requirements】: 1) Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics with relevant experience 2) Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese (written & spoken) 3) Good communications, interpersonal skills 4) Ability to work under tight deadlines 5) Team player 6) Keen to learn Additional Requirements Develop, Engage, Execute, Strategise Be a Part of the UOB Family UOB is an equal opportunity employer. Requirements

  • Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics with relevant experience
