About The Position

The Team Support Staff position at Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services is a part-time role focused on providing essential administrative support within a mental health outpatient setting. Requirements

• A minimum of one year of related work experience preferred.
• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative support duties including typing correspondence, maintaining department records, and distributing mail.
• Greet and direct visitors or patients, answering questions based on knowledge of the department/organization.
• Transfer and screen calls appropriately, maintaining calendars for supervisors and team members.
• Input data into the computer system and maintain department-specific files, including sensitive information.
• Sort, classify, and file semi-complex records, and perform routine computations.
• Assist in maintaining medical records and release medical information as necessary for continuing care.
• Calculate charges, collect payments, and verify chargeable therapies/procedures in clinical areas.
• Assist in ordering office supplies and maintain composure in high-stress environments.
