The Team Support Specialist provides essential support to the delivery of health services in compliance with regulations and agency policies to ensure excellent patient care. Supports Manager in payroll and report monitoring functions. Responsibilities include ensuring all employee's timesheets match in Kronos to MatrixCare, tracking aides/clients with special circumstances, entering any missing time punches, logging pay codes into Kronos, creating the Payroll Batch for The Sweeps in MatrixCare, calculating incentive bonus pay for CNAs/PSOs/HHAs, clearing hospital employee shifts in MatrixCare, communicating with the scheduling supervisor, and providing backup to the Reception desk area, Intake, and Scheduling as needed.
