The Team Supervisor is responsible for the overall function and implementation of the programs housed at St. Elizabeth House (Women’s Recovery, Aids Residential, Respite, etc.), ensuring the highest quality of service within the mission of Mercy Housing and Shelter Corporation. This individual will carry a caseload in addition to providing guidance, assistance, and supervision of all Case Managers and Employment Specialists, while also serving as support to the Director of Client Services. Other overall position responsibilities include but are not limited to, maintaining cooperative relationships with community agencies and partners, participating in community efforts per Director’s direction (GH CAN meeting, etc.), facilitating case management meetings on a regular basis, including scheduling and documentation of meeting notes.
