About The Position

The Team Supervisor for Camber Mental Health (CMH) provides engaging and inclusive leadership to maintain an emotionally and physically safe environment for clients and staff. Through observation, evaluation and daily supervision to staff and clients, the Team Supervisor oversees active treatment and daily activities within the program to enhance treatment engagement and outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be 20 years old to apply
• Pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check required
• Two or more years of direct care experience is a residential and/or psychiatric hospital environment or two or more years of management experience or a combination of management, education and direct care experience.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) from an accredited high school.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work/Services, Human Services, Education, Criminal Justice, Criminology or related field from an accredited college or university is preferred.
