About The Position

As a Team Supervisor (TS) , you are a leader who ensures the shift sta y s on track and helps deliver memorable customer experiences. When you’re the senior leader on site and running shift , you’ll drive execution and make key decisions to keep everything running seamlessly.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts , including weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs
  • Ability to communicate effectively, solve problems , and build relationships

Nice To Haves

  • Supervisory e xperience in retail, food service, or fuel industries is a plus
  • Associates in this position have an exciting opportunity to opt into a 4-day work week, providing more time to balance what matters outside of work.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive customer interactions.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between A ssociates, customers, and orders to deliver efficient and effective food and beverage service.
  • Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to A ssociates, driving productivity and performance.
  • Enforce safety, security, and store policies, including crisis management protocols.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures.
