About The Position
REMOTE POSITION-The primary role of a Team Supervisor is to supervise, train and mentor the staff, as well as monitor productivity and quality assurance. The role also includes overseeing all billing processes and providing appropriate feedback to management to assist in the continuous revenue cycle growth and success of the company.
