Our Meadowbrook Team Supervisor/Relationship Banker (TS/RB) is responsible for driving customer service excellence in the Meadowbrook Office by building customer relationships, exuding professionalism, and coaching and mentoring our Teller and Universal Banker Teams. The TS/RB plays an integral part in meeting sales goals and is a role model of accuracy, organization and attention-to-detail relating to reporting, audits, schedules, and adherence to bank policies & procedures. This position is onsite and requires the ability to obtain an active NMLS Registry Record Employment with Waukesha State Bank is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.
