About The Position

As Team Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for supervising and developing staff, maintaining compliance standards, supporting clients directly, and ensuring our programs operate efficiently. You’ll lead with empathy and accountability, balancing administrative oversight with hands-on involvement in service delivery.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • 1–2 years of professional experience preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Active driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  • Must meet physical demands of the role
  • Must complete and maintain certification in CPR, First Aid, Medication Administration, NVCI, and other trainings as required

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support job coaches and direct service providers within the program
  • Hire, train, and manage team members across the full employment lifecycle
  • Manage daily schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and service delivery
  • Ensure accurate and timely tracking for compliance and billing
  • Monitor and reinforce workplace standards for clients in employment settings
  • Advocate for client goals while supporting skill-building and community inclusion
  • Provide direct services as needed, including implementation of service and behavior plans
  • Ensure all client documentation supports billing, audits, and program integrity
  • Support agency vehicle usage, tracking, and maintenance
  • Assist in program development and implement strategies to expand services
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, families, partners, and internal teams
  • Serve as a cultural leader within the organization by modeling professionalism, accountability, and respect
  • Participate in team meetings, IP meetings, and audits as required
  • Serve as a mandatory reporter for any suspected maltreatment or abuse
  • Adapt and evolve with changing program demands and regulations
