Fresh Perspective Home Care is hiring a dependable, organized Team Success Manager to recruit, board, train, and support our caregiving team while ensuring high-quality service for our clients. This role is perfect for someone with home care, healthcare, or team leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced, responsibility-driven environment and enjoys building strong, engaged teams. Why This Role Matters As a Team Success Manager, you are the cornerstone of our caregiver operations. You will lead recruitment efforts, onboarding new team members, coordinate training, and foster a positive work environment that motivates caregivers to deliver exceptional care. We are seeking someone with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for developing people; someone who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and building teams that consistently meet and exceed expectations. This is a full-time, office based position.

Requirements

  • Ability to pass background check per state and company standards
  • Ability to safely lift up to 40 pounds
  • Valid Michigan driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Computer skills including emails and Microsoft Office Suites
  • Detail oriented with strong follow-through

Nice To Haves

  • Prior home care or health care experience, preferred
  • Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, scheduling, or home care operations, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily communication with prospective caregivers, assisting as needed to ensure timely and professional responses
  • Interview caregiver applicants to evaluate skills, experience, availability, and alignment with agency values
  • Facilitate orientation sessions and provide resources to ensure new hires are prepared, confident, and engaged
  • Engage, enroll, and equip new team members to become productive, valuable contributors
  • Promote a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction through proactive interactions and support
  • Implement strategies to retain top talent, including recognition, mentoring, and engagement initiatives
  • Conduct regular check-ins, interviews, and surveys to assess team morale and address concerns promptly
  • Maintain adherence to all local, state, and federal caregiver regulations
  • Monitor caregiver performance to ensure services consistently meet or exceed agency standards
  • Maintain strong connections between caregiver engagement and client experience to maximize overall satisfaction
