About The Position

Rally House is a specialty retail store that carries all things local. They are looking for team members for a part-time leadership career in a growing organization, with plans to expand beyond 300 stores nationwide. The Team Sales Lead is expected to energize the sales floor, coach teammates, and create an exciting game-day atmosphere daily. This role involves driving results by setting the tone, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting fellow associates. Key responsibilities include leading by example, coaching new hires, managing visual standards, and overseeing daily operational priorities. The Team Sales Lead will also support store leadership with critical operations such as returns, transfers, merchandising, and loss prevention, while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Rally House aims to connect fans and communities through their passion for teams by offering a wide selection of local and team apparel and gifts. This position is designed as a stepping stone for career growth within Rally House, offering ongoing coaching and development opportunities to prepare individuals for Store Manager and other leadership roles, reflecting the company's commitment to internal promotion.

  • Required to stand and walk
  • Talk or hear, both in person and by telephone
  • Use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls

  • Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds
