About The Position

Rally House is a specialty retail store that offers local and team apparel and gifts, and is expanding nationwide. The company is seeking a Team Sales Lead for a part-time leadership role. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about sports and fashion and are ready to energize the sales floor, coach teammates, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. As a Team Sales Lead, you will drive results by setting the tone, providing excellent service, and supporting fellow associates. Key responsibilities include leading by example, coaching new hires, and managing visual standards and daily priorities to ensure smooth store operations. You will also assist store leadership with critical operations such as returns, transfers, merchandising, and loss prevention, all while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude. This role is considered a stepping stone for career advancement within Rally House, offering ongoing coaching and development opportunities to prepare you for Store Manager and other leadership positions, as the company is committed to promoting from within.

• Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week, open availability to include daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, featured local sports events
• Seeking a long-term position, aiming to advance in store leadership and expand their career within store operations
