About The Position

Rally House is a specialty retail store that carries all things local. We are looking for team members who are seeking a part-time leadership career and enjoy working for a growing organization, as we expand beyond 300 stores nationwide. As a Team Sales Lead, you will energize the floor, coach teammates, and create a game-day atmosphere. You will drive results by setting the tone, delivering exceptional service, and supporting fellow associates. This role involves leading by example, coaching new hires, and managing visual standards and daily priorities to ensure smooth store operations. Rally House celebrates hometown connections by offering a wide selection of local and team apparel and gifts, fostering an environment that brings fans and communities together through their passion for teams. Team Sales Leads also support store leadership with key operations such as returns, transfers, merchandising, and loss prevention, while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic attitude. This position is a stepping stone for growth within Rally House, offering ongoing coaching and development to prepare individuals for Store Manager and other leadership roles. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • 1-2 years of retail experience
  • Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week, open availability to include daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, featured local sports events
  • Seeking a long-term position, aiming to advance in store leadership and expand their career within store operations
  • Required to stand and walk
  • Talk or hear, both in person and by telephone
  • Use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls
  • Reach with hands and arms

  • Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
