About The Position

Rally House is a specialty retail store that carries all things local, seeking part-time leadership for a growing organization with over 300 stores nationwide. The Team Sales Lead role involves energizing the sales floor, coaching teammates, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience that feels like game day. This position drives results by setting the tone, supporting associates, and managing visual standards and daily priorities to keep the store running smoothly. Rally House celebrates hometown connections through a wide selection of local and team apparel and gifts, fostering an environment where fans and communities connect through their passion for sports. Team Sales Leads also assist store leadership with key operations such as returns, transfers, merchandising, and loss prevention, all while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude. This role is designed as a stepping stone for growth within Rally House, offering ongoing coaching and development to prepare individuals for Store Manager and other leadership positions, reflecting the company's commitment to internal promotion.   • Seeking a long-term position, aiming to advance in store leadership and expand their career within store operations
