About The Position

As a Team Sales Lead, you will be responsible for energizing the sales floor, coaching teammates, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience that feels like game day. This role involves driving results through setting the tone, delivering excellent service, and supporting fellow associates. Key duties include leading by example, coaching new hires, managing visual standards, and overseeing daily priorities to ensure smooth store operations. You will also support store leadership with critical operations such as returns, transfers, merchandising, and loss prevention, while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude. This position is designed as a stepping stone for career growth within Rally House, providing ongoing coaching and development to prepare individuals for Store Manager and other leadership roles, aligning with the company's commitment to internal promotion.
