About The Position

Rally House is a specialty retail store focused on local and team apparel and gifts, seeking a part-time Team Sales Lead. This role is for individuals who enjoy working for a growing organization, with the company expanding beyond 300 stores nationwide. As a Team Sales Lead, you will be instrumental in energizing the sales floor, coaching teammates, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience that reflects the excitement of game day. You will drive results by setting the tone, delivering outstanding service, and supporting fellow associates. Key responsibilities include leading by example, coaching new hires, and managing visual standards and daily priorities to ensure smooth store operations. The position involves supporting store leadership with critical operations such as returns, transfers, merchandising, and loss prevention, all while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude. This role is designed as a stepping stone for career growth within Rally House, offering ongoing coaching and development opportunities to prepare individuals for Store Manager and other leadership positions.   • 1-2 years of retail experience
  • Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week, open availability to include daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, featured local sports events
  • Seeking a long-term position, aiming to advance in store leadership and expand their career within store operations
  • Required to stand and walk; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms; differentiate colors
  • Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds
