Team Resource Manager - Weekend PM

About the position

As a Team Resource Manager at Reckitt, you will have the freedom to influence operations in our Liquids/Aerosols Department, where we manufacture Lysol. Your role will extend beyond the production floor, allowing you to shape the working environment and lead a team dedicated to excellence. Responsibilities

• Supports Operations for Packaging / Processing (Maintenance, Processing, Liquids) and enforces strict safety, SOP and GMP compliance.
• Identifies and assigns trained and qualified personnel; takes appropriate measures to cover planned / unplanned absences and provides constant communication and guidance.
• Interfaces with Materials Management related to raw material inventory control issues and works with Project Team(s) to resolve discrepancies and/or issues with control documents, planning schedules, etc.
• Monitors the timeliness of machine set-ups, validations and/or materials delivery.
• Monitors quality, safety and productivity and makes improvements or enhancements; supports troubleshooting of processing, equipment, or utilities problems.
• Attends daily Production and Scheduling/Planning meetings to report the status of existing orders, and review the operational, personnel and other requirements on upcoming orders.
• Drives Line efficiency and follows through on improvement plans and actions; ensures product defects and deviations are handled according to procedure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering or a related field and/or 4+ years of experience in a production setting.
• Must be flexible in supporting all shifts when needs of the business mandate it.
• Must be capable of creating and working within an operating plan framework and budget.
• Must possess and demonstrate strong leadership qualities and be a motivator of people.
• Must work well under pressure and possess above average problem-solving skills.
• Must possess and demonstrate above average mathematical and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills.
• Must be able to interact effectively with a variety of individuals and personalities within and between departments.
• Knowledge and experience in cGMPs, relevant Safety Regulations (e.g., OSHA), Lean principles and MS Office.
