We're looking for a Team Operations Coordinator to support the North America (NA) President and leadership team for Inizio Evoke Comms, while serving as a necessary connector for daily NA team needs. We are looking for a high level of coordination across teams and time zones, proactive schedule management, that helps keep the business running smoothly and ensures the employee experience is thoughtful and well-supported. You will blend traditional executive support with team operations, helping us stay one step ahead across internal coordination, communications, and execution. This is a hybrid role based in our Philadelphia or New York office. You will report to the Managing Director, North America.
