Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
• Prepare all of McDonald's World-Famous food
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
• Ensures safety standards are maintained in the kitchen
• Maintains health and sanitation across the work areas
• Ensures complete and constant cleanliness of utensils, surfaces, and cooking areas
• Operates ovens, deep-fat fryers, grills and other large-volume equipment for cooking
• Ensures all food prepared meets McDonald's Quality Standards
• Prepares food per customers' requests
• Stocks, restocks, and cleans workstations
• Follows recipe in preparing all foods
• Required to provide outstanding customer service to all customers and employees alike
• Answering questions, suggesting items, and processing payments
• Explaining specials and meal choices in a friendly way, and suggestive selling items
• Proficient in picking up new procedures and tasks quickly while elevating customer service standards at the Front Counter or in-store Kiosk
• Have a sense of urgency towards all customers
