Requirements

  • A deep commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours without a break.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted, and push/pull carts up to 100 lbs. unassisted.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to every customer, every time.
  • Create impactful displays and merchandising strategies.
  • Execute tasks with precision and efficiency.
  • Teach and support fellow Team Members.
  • Learn and grow within your role and beyond.
  • Follow up on tasks and ensure completion to standard.
  • Assist and collaborate with your department team.
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers, team members, and leadership.
  • Uphold all Plum Market policies and standard operating procedures.
