About The Position

As a Team Member at White Castle, you will play a vital role in creating memorable moments for customers while serving The Original Slider®. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic, friendly, and eager to learn, as no prior experience is required. Your responsibilities will include customer service, cash register operations, food preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Must love to smile, laugh, and have fun!
• 1+ years of food service or management experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50 lbs repeatedly.
• Enjoy working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Promote and drive White Castle initiatives to increase brand loyalty.
• Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect.
• Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Operate the cash register and drive-thru efficiently.
• Prepare food orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the work area.
• Work with fryers and griddles as needed.
